Cleanse

Cleansing is an important piece to keeping skin healthy and in control of blemishes. It is important to cleanse at least once a day to remove makeup, dirt, debris and perspiration. It is a personal choice if you cleanse twice a day as some people like the natural oils of the skin in the morning. It is important not to over-cleanse and strip our acid mantle (that delicate eco-system at the surface of the skin) so choose a cleanser that fits your skin type.
